FREQUENT QUESTIONS
So that you do not have any doubts when renting your motorhome for the first time, here we have left you the most frequent questions that customers usually have.
HOW DO I MAKE THE RESERVATION OF THE MOTORHOME?
Get in touch with us through the following means that you will find on the web, and we will make an appointment so that you can visit the motorhome, and if you are interested in renting it, you can make the reservation, both in cash, through Bizum or by credit card. Said deposit will be the equivalent of 30% of the rental amount.
The rest of the rent together with the deposit (€600 with credit card) will be made before the scheduled departure, and may be the same day of delivery.
HOW WILL THE MOTORHOME BE DELIVERED?
The motorhome will be delivered:
- Clean inside and out.
- With empty residual tanks (black water and gray water) and a full clean water tank.
- With a full diesel tank (you will only pay for the diesel you consume).
- With 2 bottles of propane gas.
- Tablets or liquid for chemical toilet.

HOW DO I HAVE TO RETURN THE MOTORHOME?
You must return the motorhome:
- Clean inside (failure to comply with this point entails a penalty in the deposit of €150).
- With empty black water (wc) and gray water tanks, as well as a full clean water tank (failure to comply with any of these points entails a penalty on the deposit of €50, €25 and €25 respectively).
- With a full fuel tank (failure to comply with this point entails a charge of €2/liter of diesel)
- Smoking is prohibited inside the motorhome.
- It is forbidden to bring any type of pet.
WHERE CAN I LEAVE MY OWN VEHICLE?
You can leave your vehicle for free in our own motorhome parking lot until you return from your trip.
