The reservation of the vehicle includes the payment of 30% of the total rent as a deposit, which corresponds depending on the season and days of rent, corresponding to the amount of: ………….......... .....……. €. In the event that the client cancels the requested reservation, the following penalties will be applied to the advance payment:

1.1. If the cancellation is communicated before 30 days from the start of the rental, 50% will be subtracted from the amount provided in the reservation.

1.2. If you communicate between 30 and 16 days prior to the start of the rental, 75% will be subtracted from the amount provided in the reservation.

1.3. If you communicate less than 16 days before the start of the rental, 100% will be subtracted from the amount provided in the reservation.

The total amount of the contracted rental must be paid before departure. Likewise, a deposit will be deposited to guarantee the good use and correct return of the vehicle, for a total amount of €600, corresponding to the franchise fee of the contracted traffic insurance. In the event of causing damage to the vehicle or in the event of an accident with it and if the amount of the repairs to be carried out exceeds the amount of said franchise, the insurance will be reported and said deposit will be lost, if the damages presented are minor Only said amount will be subtracted from said amount, proceeding to return the remaining money by credit card.

The lessee will not proceed to demand any compensation if, due to force majeure or fortuitous cause, the vehicle cannot be delivered on the agreed day. Cause majeure is understood as a failure or accident that cannot be repaired for the expected date of delivery of the motorhome.

In the event that the lessee, by his own unilateral decision, starts the scheduled departure late or ends the rental of said vehicle early, he will not be entitled to any refund.

The minimum age to be able to drive the vehicle is 25 years and the B license has been valid for 2 years. Likewise, potential drivers traveling in the motorhome may drive the vehicle as long as the above requirements are met.

(IMPORTANT: If there is the possibility of a second driver, it is essential to communicate his identity to the lessor).

It is expressly prohibited to use the vehicle for any activity contrary to morality, laws and customs. Likewise, it is prohibited to transport a greater number of people than the one allowed by the Law, being able to travel up to a maximum of 4 people en route in the model in question. It is prohibited to carry out races, transport merchandise or objects whether or not they are permitted by our legislation, as well as assign their use for consideration or lucrative title.

The lessee is responsible for any sanction or fine that may be imposed for violating the current provisions, reaching the same responsibility in the event that the vehicle was retained or seized because of his fault, also running with the expenses and the loss of profits of the lessor during the time that the vehicle is unavailable, applying for each day that the amount per day stipulated in the current rental rates for the days in which said situation occurs is withheld or seized.

In the event of the stoppage of the vehicle for reasons solely and exclusively attributable to the lessee, he/she will be responsible for the damages derived from said stoppage.

The leased vehicle must be returned in good hygienic conditions, with its interior clean and as well as the waste water tanks (gray water and black water) duly emptied and the clean water tank full. Otherwise, the lessee accepts by signing this contract the payment of the following amounts:

- DIRTY MOTORHOME INSIDE: €150 (VAT included) for the interior cleaning of the motorhome by the lessor (if necessary).

- FULL AND DIRTY WQ TANK: €50 (VAT included) for emptying said tank by the lessor and moving to designated areas for this purpose.

- FULL WASTEWATER TANK (GRAY WATER): €25 (VAT included) for emptying said tank by the lessor and moving it to designated areas for this purpose.

- EMPTY CLEAN WATER TANK: €25 (VAT included) for filling said tank by the lessor and moving to designated areas for this purpose

If the client wants to extend the lease of the vehicle beyond the established dates, he must notify the lessor at least 2 days before the end of this contract. The eventual confirmation of the extension will be subject to the availabilities that the lessor has at that time, therefore not assuming this last commitment. Unauthorized delays in delivery or due to force majeure will be penalized with a daily rate equivalent to triple the amount applied in the contract.

The vehicle object of this contract is insured according to the law, with an excess of €600. In the event of any accident during the term of the lease, the lessee will bear said amount, which from now on authorizes the lessor to be compensated, where appropriate, with the deposit constituted. Civil liabilities arising from events or circumstances not contemplated as included in the policy will be the sole responsibility of the lessee.

The deposit will be returned through the same means of payment used to collect it, and always after the vehicle has been examined, which, in case of damage due to misuse, will be determined by means of a detailed note of the amount that the client must pay, authorizing the lessee to compensate said amount with part or all of the deposit deposited. If it is not possible to assess the damage immediately, the lessor will have a period of 5 to 30 days, depending on the type of damage caused, to return, if applicable, the amount of the excess deposit, after deducting the cost of repairing the defects or damages caused.

The non-presentation of the lessee at the place and time agreed for the start of the service will be considered as unilateral termination of the contract and the reservation by the client, with a penalty of 100% of the contracted rental value, such non-presentation will entitle the the lessor to dispose of the reserved vehicle, the lessee not having the right to compensation or compensation, unless said event occurs due to force majeure, in this case after providing the corresponding justification, both parties will agree on a new departure date.

The vehicle is delivered with a completely full diesel tank and must be delivered completely full. If the lessee does not comply with this point and it is the lessor who must fill said deposit, the lessee will be billed at €2 per liter per liter of diesel, discounted from the total amount of the deposit deposited, providing the lessor the corresponding ticket with the number of liters filled.

IMPORTANT: Smoking is prohibited inside the motorhome, failure to comply with this rule will imply non-return of the deposit.

IMPORTANT: It is forbidden to travel with animals or any type of pet such as dogs, cats, reptiles...

MILEAGE LIMITS:

✔ The limit of kms for rentals of 2 to 4 days is 750 kms.

✔ The limit of kms per day for rentals of 5 to 7 days is 300 kms/day.

✔ The km limit per day for rentals of 8 days or more is 350 km/day.

- Excess mileage will be billed at €0.35/km.

In the event of loss, breakage or theft of the vehicle keys and the anti-theft alarm control, the lessee authorizes the lessor to deduct the amount issued at that time under a quote by the companies or official brands in charge of making said copies.
